I started attending DE events eight years ago after Wayne invited me to the Porsche Club’s MayFast event in Hallett, Oklahoma. Using my street-legal Porsche was okay for a few years as I did not have the time to really spend making “track” modifications other than brake pads and tires.

After several years of getting passed by Mustang after Mustang at every DE event, I decided that I should get serious about having a real “track-worthy” car. I retired the Porsche to my garage and bought a ’94 5.0 Mustang. The first upgrade suggested by John & Wayne was a suspension package from MaximumMotorsports. I immediately could tell the improvement in handling at the track but now I wanted to go fast too.

I went back to John and Wayne and they started naming the things that could really help bring me up to speed. I knew I couldn’t afford it all at once but with John & Wayne’s expertise I did end up with a new set of heads, headers, intake manifold, throttle body, and aluminum radiator to name a few.

I now know that I am getting much closer to having that “track-worthy” car that I set out to have. And I also know, that without John and Wayne’s help, I wouldn’t be anywhere close to having the car that I now have. They have been an invaluable resource to me and I have no reservations about recommending them to anyone seeking to improve the performance of their car.
